Complaints

We understand that things don't always go to plan and there may be times when you feel we've let you down. If that happens, please let us know and we'll do our best to put things right. Find out more about our complaints procedure here.

Cancellation

You may cancel this policy by calling us on 0203 198 2828. A 14-day cooling-off period applies, so if you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing your policy then you may cancel the policy and receive a full refund of the premium paid (provided no claim has been made). If you cancel outside of the 14-day period and you have paid your premium annually in advance then we will refund you the balance for the period you were not insured, there will be no refund due if you have paid monthly, or if we accept a claim for the total loss of your insured bike. If you do not cancel this policy then it will continue for the 12-month policy period and each subsequent 12-month policy period that follows thereafter.

Who is eligible for this Cycling Insurance policy?

To be eligible for this cover, you must:

  • be over 18 years old
  • permanently reside in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland
  • not be a professional or sponsored cyclist
  • not use your bicycle for any business or trade, such as courier services, cycle hire or carrying paying passengers
